Requirements:

  • Know current social trends, memes, and formats

  • Be able to create short-form video and graphics

  • Comfortable with: TikTok/Reels editor or CapCut, Canva or Adobe Express, basic analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)

  • Knows how to write hooks, A/B test, & iterate fast
